The Challenge
Robert Eckard Law came to Tech Tripp in need of an updated website to not only enhance the overall look and feel of the website, but also to encourage site users to contact the firm. Attorney Eckard expressed a desire to interface with his clients in new ways, and also to allow his team to be able to regularly update the website without the need to pay a webmaster to watch over the site and make improvements on a monthly basis. The firm also expressed a need for high quality photography of their office building, along with full shots of the attorneys and staff to be displayed in high definition color on the new website.
The Solution
In order to address the needs of the firm, Tech Tripp’s design team set out to design a very functional new look that not only incorporated the firm’s existing branding, but also encouraged user interaction. In line with current and modern design trends, the team developed a one-page design concept that quickly put access to all of the pertinent information for the firm on the home page. This allows the user to quickly access important firm information, view attorney profiles, and contact the firm in one of several possible ways, all in seconds once the page loads. Tech Tripp utilized further javascript and other coding techniques to encourage interaction between user (potential case) and firm. The team integrated social media, testimonials, and practice area quick links as well. To address the desire for the Robert Eckard Law team to be able to update the site without needing a webmaster, the website was custom built on the WordPress platform. This allows the team at Robert Eckard Law & Associates to update pictures, text, rotating features, videos, cases, firm news, menus and more without needing to pay for a webmaster to help.

Shettle Vision came to us with an aging website that needed to be updated to reflect their commitment as eye-care specialists to stay up to date with the latest and greatest in vision correction and more. It was important that the site be closely tied in with Shettle Vision’s social media presence, and they also wanted to make sure that current and future clients could easily book appointments via their website. Dr. Shettle expressed a desire for a site that was very clean and simplistic, with clean lines and basic, quick access to all pertinent information for his clients. On the back end, Dr. Shettle was desirous of a Content Management System that would allow him and his staff to easily make changes and updates to the site.
The Solution
The first step in creating a clean, modern web presence for Shettle Vision was to gather all of the project specifications and develop a plan of action that would help us to create the site that Dr. Shettle wanted, within the time frame that he desired. The site was designed to prominently feature the doctor’s office hours, specials, and more in the left sidebar. Below that section, Tech Tripp prominently featured Dr. Shettle’s online optical store, so that his patients could easily purchase eye wear via the website. A custom photo gallery was created for Dr. Shettle, so that his patients could check out the office before they arrived, feeling comfortable that they were coming to a place that was welcoming, clean and safe. Air Sports Watch contacted Tech Tripp after their website had already been designed by another agency. They were in need of a punctual, skilled web development team that could handle their maintenance needs. They were also 2-3 months from launching their brand new product: The Air Sports Watch 2, which was the evolution of the wildly successful Original Air Sports Watch. ASW needed help and direction with Magento as well, which is the e-commerce platform that the site was originally built on. A final need was the creative acumen to develop all of the collateral and advertising pieces for the company, including product photography, product folders, tablecloths, sell sheets, trade show materials, and more.
The Solution
After assessing the full scope of Air Sports Watch’s needs, the Tech Tripp design team web development team made several improvements to the site, including adding more overall movement to a somewhat static site, improving the overall look and feel of the site with some fresh new graphics, and applying a few navigational and layout changes to help increase conversion rates. The team developed and implemented a special 360 degree rotator tool that would allow users to spin the watch a full 360 degrees and view feature points from all angles. The team also made several adjustments to the shopping cart layout in order to smooth out the flow of the cart and reduce shopping cart abandonment. As an attorney offering services in several different areas of law, Attorney Chad Orsatti approached Tech Tripp in need of an enhanced web presence. The image rotator was custom-coded to slide left behind his portrait, to give it a little different feel than a normal rotating image. Attorney Doug Greenberg was in need of an improved web space that reflected his aggressive commitment to the defense of his clients in the Tampa Bay area. As with many law-related sites, Attorney Greenberg desired a site where there were several ways for potential clients to contact him, including Live Chat, Contact Forms, Social Media, and Phone Numbers as well. Attorney Greenberg offers a Free Consultation to all of his potential clients, which he also wanted prominently featured on the site. It was important for Attorney Greenberg that his Case Results be easily found, and that his main services be featured in the header on each page of the site.
The Solution
From a design perspective, the Tech Tripp design team made it a point to give Attorney Greenberg a fresh, clean look for his new website. The graphics and overall look and feel of the site gave his presence a positive, uplifting vibe. This was important, as many of his potential clients that may be visiting the site are facing potentially difficult life circumstances. Tech Tripp’s design team went with a lighter, more airy color scheme to accomplish this goal. One of the keys of the design is the “CTA Bar” that runs along the bottom border of the main rotator of the site. This bar was specifically placed in the “prime real estate” on the site in order to give users easy access (wherever they are on the site) to several contact methods for Attorney Greenberg. One of the leading eye care providers in St. Petersburg, FL, Shettle Eye Care, approached Tech Tripp with the need for an update to an outdated site. Specific requests from the company included a fresh new design, the ability to update the site with a CMS (content management system), an auto-updating date display, and many more features. As an eye doctor, Shettle Eye Care knew that many of their customers may be vision-impaired, so they requested that a custom “Text Resize” feature be installed on their site to allow users to adjust the text of the website on any page.
The Solution
With several custom requests to include in this website project, the Tech Tripp team set out to design a website with a beautiful base design that would allow the custom pieces that were requested to flow nicely with the overall layout. The Challenge
The team at Tripp Law Firm needed a fresh update to an outdated site. The old site that the firm was using did an adequate job of displaying the firm’s information, but did not address user interaction or engagement. As a part of the project, the Tech Tripp web development team would need to address fresh new ways to engage potential firm clients immediately and aggressively without annoying or being pushy. For any law firm, engagement and CTA’s (Call To Action) are key, sometimes even more-so than in other areas of business. Attorney Alan Tripp wanted a site that was modern and clean, but also gave potential clients easy access to the helpful information that he provides on his site regarding personal injury cases in the Tampa Bay area.
The Solution
The Tech Tripp design team set out to create a modern design that stayed sleek and simple, while also featuring the Tampa, FL skyline, since Tripp Law Firm is located in the Tampa Bay area. Attorney Alan Tripp was prominently featured in the design, and several Call-to-Action buttons were also placed in the header that shows on all pages, giving potential clients numerous ways to contact the firm in all areas of the site. Live Chat was developed and integrated with the site in order to allow the firm to take Live Chat requests 24/7. The service was customized to allow operators at the firm to take chats on their cell phones if they were out of the office, and for the firm to handle several chats simultaneously. Social media integration was enhanced from the old site, with a Facebook feed installed, and also a feature for Tripp Firm Racing, the Racing Division of Tripp Law Firm (design and development by Tech Tripp as well).
